Muhamad Raihan Ginanjar is a law graduate from Parahyangan Catholic University with a strong foundation in commercial disputes, criminal law, bankruptcy, and suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU). He has demonstrated legal expertise through his active participation in national moot court competitions, excelling in legal research, oral advocacy, and drafting. During his studies, he served as Vice President of the National Moot Court Community (KMPSN UNPAR) and represented his university in notable competitions such as NMCC Pringgodigdo VIII, NMCC Bulaksumur V, the BANI Arbitration Moot Competition, and NMCC Soedarto IX. Before joining Yulius & Partners, Raihan was involved in representing a financial institution in matters related to alleged embezzlement and fraud and assisted in defending a director of a national financial services company. His active engagement in student legal initiatives and practical legal experiences reflect his commitment to the profession. He brings strong legal reasoning, research skills, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure—qualities essential for effective legal practice.
