Albert Yulius is a Founding Partner of Yulius & Partners. Throughout his years of practice, he has provided assistance and played an active role in numerous legal matters, developing particular experience and expertise in various areas including commercial disputes, criminal cases, bankruptcy, and suspension of payment obligation (PKPU) litigation processes. Albert Yulius is particularly well-known for his capability to identify relevant legal issues that have led many clients to succeed in their cases. Representing bondholders in managing all stages of the bankruptcy proceedings of Indonesia’s largest textile company concerning claims arising from the issuance of Senior Notes valued at USD 225 million and Senior Notes valued at USD 150 million, which are guaranteed by its parent guarantor.
Representing ship construction company in a dispute involving breach of contract and unilateral termination against state-owned shipping company at BANI Arbitration Center.
Representing an oil company with offshore operations under a production sharing contract, as debtor for collective debt restructuring in the suspension of payment obligation (PKPU) proceedings with total settlement value of IDR 336 billion, has been successfully restructured.
Representing foreign investment bank against an actio pauliana lawsuit, which involved the cancellation of the debtor’s legal actions on bankruptcy assets. The lawsuit was filed by the receiver team concerning the transfer of a factory and warehouses connected to the collaterals of the bank.
